o ensure we can accommodate your specific transportation needs, we require all bookings to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare the most suitable vehicle and ensure that everything is set for a smooth and safe journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
For services at the port, there is no charge for cancellations. For our airport services that include private bookings, please note that a no-show will result in a charge to the person who made the booking. In general, we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations to better serve all our clients.
How are your drivers trained to assist passengers with disabilities?
Our drivers are comprehensively trained to ensure the highest level of service and safety. All drivers are certified in Basic Life Support, and we also have drivers trained as Emergency Medical Responders (EMR) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). Additionally, every driver undergoes extensive customer service training to ensure a compassionate and supportive travel experience for all passengers.
Can family members or caregivers travel with a passenger?
